Your Impact

All the impact power a life creates is thanks to you. When you buy from us you positively impact the lives of children in developing countries.

power

Our power products all gift a solar light to a child. These allow children to walk home safely from school and do their home work at night. You charge, they study.

drinkware

For every 400 pieces of drinkware we sell, we dig a water well in a partnered school. Children, especially girls, get more time in school.

stationary

Each of our notebooks gifts a notebook to a child. Families have to supply their own school stationary, when you use ours, it helps families with these costs.

phone stands

Our handy phone stands keep your desk organised and also gifts solar lights to children. Every 10 stands sold enables a solar light to be gifted to a child.

The story starts in Senegal

With a couple of collaborators, our founder headed off grid in 2013 to live with subsistence farmers for a month in northern Senegal. The aim of the trip was to gain a deep understanding of these subsistence communities and work together to create impactful development projects. What quickly became apparent was the need for electricity, particularly for children. We’ve been working for 10 years since that first trip to empower children to reach their full potential…

Impact Measurement

We’ve measured the impact you’ve created and the results are incredible. With our charity partner in Zimbabwe we recorded class test scores before and after children received solar lights. Every single child, in every year group, in every subject tested saw improvements in their class tests in only 3 months!

Impact Goals

01

We’re working to gift 10,000 solar lights to children in developing countries in 2023.

02

We’ve identified the first 5 schools in our Zimbabwe network that need water wells.

03

We’re working to gift 5,000 notebooks to children in Zimbabwe.

04

In 2023 we want to implement an impact tracking system from product sale to delivered impact. Watch this space…
